Refunds are available in the following situations:

– If your Korea SIM or pocket WiFi pickup date has passed, you may either:
– reschedule your pickup, or
– receive a full refund.

Refund Process

* Starting the Refund:
– The refund process for your Korea SIM or pocket WiFi begins immediately after we confirm the status of your pickup.

* Refund Method :
– The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
– For Credit or Debit Card Payments:
– The refund will be processed back to your card within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
– For precise timing on when the funds will appear in your account,
– please contact your card-issuing bank directly.
