Prior to purchase, customer service was great! All my questions were answered. I never felt pressured to purchase. Once my husband and I decide to go with this company the process was flawless. I was very satisfied with the service even during the COVID period in 2022, and I am still very satisfied as of May 2023. The service itself is excellent, but what I especially appreciated was being able to activate it immediately at the airport and having the ability to confirm all the setup in advance with the owner via KakaoTalk or email while I was still in the U.S. Even after arriving in Korea, if any issues arose, the owner responded quickly and professionally, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this service. (I accidentally gave a 3.5-star rating when writing the review on my phone, so I am writing this again. It is definitely a 5-star service.)

I rated this 4.5 stars but actually meant to rate it 5. I bought an unlimited data SIM for one month and it was so good I renewed my subscription. First of all, as somebody who doesn’t speak Korean, the Neokosim has a very friendly, awesome customer support system and answer emails very quickly. The service you get from start to finish is fantastic, especially if you go to one of their centers and they put the card in for you. They set it up, give you a wallet for your old SIM and it’s really easy. The product is also incredible. Always has solid service (apart from the last 24 hours of the SIM where the signal became spotty) which can stream without any problems. The SIM also doesn’t ruin your phone so if you use things like kakao and whatsapp, it won’t ask you to renew your credentials. If you’re in Korea for a week or so, I’d recommend getting the unlimited data SIM. Yes, you can get wifi eggs (I did before I moved here) but the have limits per day and you can lose an egg. You put this SIM in, restart your phone, turn on your data, and then throw the sim away when you’re finished or back home. Thoroughly recommend!
