Overview

A call top-up is required when you need additional call minutes.
You can also extend your KT Korea eSIM validity period for up to 90 days.
Check your phone number on your contract sheet, as shown in the image below.

Simple Step:

1. Open the Webpage → tap here.
-. Scroll down to find ‘SIM Voice Top-up’.
-. You must access this webpage using your phone.

2. Verify your account.

-. Select ‘Phone Number’ at the top of the screen.
-. Enter your phone number.
-. Enter your email address and tap ‘Send’ to receive a verification code (refer to below image).
-. Enter the verification code and tap ‘Check Verification Code’.
-. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
-. Tap ‘Confirm’.

3. Check your account.

-. Review your plan, contract and phone number.
-. Tap ‘Top-up’ for additional call balance.
-. If you want to extend your validity period, tap ‘Extension’.

4. Select a top-up Amount.

-. Choose the top-up amount you want.
-. If you want to extend validity, select the plan you want.
-. Tap ‘Select’.

5. Make a payment.

-. Check the top-up amount again.
-. Select an international credit card.
-. Payment is only available international credit cards.
-. Complete the payment.

Important Notes

-. Top-up should be used after passport verification is completed.
-. Top-up is only available when using an KT Korea eSIM or SIM card.
-. Top-up is available 24 hours a day (00:00–24:00).
-. Outgoing calls and messages are deducted from your balance.
-. KT Korea eSIM or SIM card validity period can be extended.
-. When your balance runs out, you cannot make calls or send texts, but you can still receive calls, texts, and use data.

Estimated Call Time

-. The available call time for each top-up amount is as follows:
-. KRW   5,500 →   20 minutes
-. KRW  11,000 →   41 minutes
-. KRW 22,000 →   83 minutes
-. KRW 33,000 →  125 minutes
-. KRW 55,000 → approx. 208 minutes
-. Domestic call rate →  KRW 4.4 per second (billed per second)

** For your first top-up, it is recommended to start with KRW 5,500–11,000 and add more based on your usage.
