How to Top Up Your Balance with LGU+ Korea eSIM

Overview
A top-up is required to use voice call service after completing passport verification.
You can top up your call balance at the airport roaming center (recommended) or online.
Check your contract and phone number in the your QR code email, as shown in the image below.

Simple Step:
1. Visit the Webpage → tap here.
-. Scroll down to find ‘Usage/Top-up’.
-. You must access this webpage using your phone.
2. Enter Contract & Phone Number
-. Enter your contract and phone number, as shown image below.
-. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
-. Tap confirm.
3. Check your account.
-. Review your plan, contract and phone number.
-. Tap ‘Top-up’ for your balance.
-. If you want to extend your validity period, tap ‘Extension’.
4. Select your top-up amount.
-. Select top-up amount what you want, as shown image below.
-. Tap ‘Select’.
5. Check the Payment Amount.
-. Review the top-up amount as shown image below.
-. Tap ‘Pay’.
6. Make a payment.
-. Complete the payment, as shown image below.
-. Payment is available international credit cards or simple payment.
Important Notes
-. Top-up should be used after passport verification is completed.
-. Note that passport verification is also possible at LGU+ airport roaming center.
-. Top-up is available 24 hours a day (00:00–24:00).
-. Outgoing calls and messages are deducted from your balance.
-. LGU+ Korea eSIM or SIM card validity period can be extended.
-. When your balance runs out, you cannot make calls or send texts, but you can still receive calls, texts, and use data.

-. The available call time for each top-up amount is as follows:
-. KRW 5,500 → 20 minutes
-. KRW 11,000 → 41 minutes
-. KRW 22,000 → 83 minutes
-. KRW 33,000 → 125 minutes
-. KRW 44,000 → 167 minutes
-. KRW 55,000 → 208 minutes
-. Domestic call rate → KRW 4.4 per second (billed per second)
** For your first top-up, it is recommended to start with KRW 5,500–11,000 and add more based on your usage.
