To check the balance and expiration date of your purchased Korea SIM card, follow these steps:
1. Dial “#00” using your phone’s dialer app.
2. You will receive an SMS with details on the expiry date, balance, and data usage.
* Free 100, SIM Pro, SIM Lite
– The validity starts from the Korea SIM Activation date(Start Date).
– e.g. for 30 days plan, Started Date and Time : Jan 1
– Expired Date and Time : Jan 30, 23:59 over
* Basic
– The validity starts from the Korea SIM Activation date(Start Date).
– When the balance amount is reduced, the validity period is proportionally reduced.
– Validity is offered for 240 days basically when purchased first and is added for 60 days when recharging by KRW 10,000.
– When balance would be zero, validity date is expired and this results in the calling and data service will be suspended.
– in NO balance, Incoming calls is possible for 15 days and the phone number will be terminated on the 45th since the validity date has expired.
* eSIM Max, eSIM Pro, SIM Max, SIM Pro
– The validity starts from the moment you pick up the SIM card or activate eSIM Korea (Date and Time).
– 1-Day(24Hr), 5-Day(120Hr), 10-Day (240Hr), 30-Day (720Hr)
– e.g. In case of using 05 days plan, Started Date and Time : Jan 1, 09:00 am
– Expired Date and Time : Jan 6, 08:59 am
