* If your scheduled pickup date has passed, you may either reschedule your pickup or receive a full refund.

* Applicable Products :
– KT eSIM and SIM Card
– KT Pocket WiFi (DAY Plan or 30-DAY Plan)
– SKT SIM
– LG U+ SIM Card
– KT MVNO (585 Plan or 396P Plan)

For Shipping Products

* The refund policy is as follows :
– Before shipping: Full refund available.
– After shipping: A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
– After SIM activation or package opening: No refund available.
– More than 30 days after purchase: No refund available.

* Applicable Products :
– KT MVNO : SIM 100, SIM 396S, Basic

Refund Process

* Starting a Refund :
– The refund process begins once we confirm the status of your pickup reservation or shipment.

* Refund Method :
– Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

* For Credit or Debit Card Payments ”
– The refund will be issued to the original card used for payment within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
– The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer and local banking system.
– For detailed information regarding refund timing, please contact your card-issuing bank directly.
