Refund Policy for Korea and International eSIM orders
Summary
* Refundable Cases :
– A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before the eSIM QR code is issued.
* Non-Refundable Cases :
– Once the eSIM QR code has been issued.
– Once the eSIM QR code has been scanned or installed on a device.
– If the device is carrier-locked.
– If the device is not eSIM compatible.
– If the device does not support the network technology required by the purchased eSIM plan.
– For SKT eSIM products, voice services may not be available for customers holding an ARC (Alien Registration Card), Residence Card, or F-4 Visa. Customers are responsible for verifying eligibility before purchase.
* Customer Responsibility
– Customers are responsible for confirming that their device is unlocked and eSIM compatible before placing an order.
– Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues that could have been verified before purchase.
* Applicable products :
– Korea eSIM : SKT, KT, LGU+
– International eSIM : China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Asia (18 countries), Europe (28 countries)
* Notes :
– eSIM orders cannot be refunded after the QR code has been issued because the activation code is digitally delivered and cannot be reused.
Refund Process
* Starting a Refund :
– The refund process begins once we confirm the status of your pickup reservation or shipment.
* Refund Method :
– Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
* For Credit or Debit Card Payments :
– The refund will be issued to the original card used for payment within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
– The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer and local banking system.
