Korea Pocket WiFi: Troubleshooting

This explains how to fix Pocket WiFi Korea models IML 500 or IML 520 when they are not connecting to the internet (no signal or no service).
If you have a different Pocket WiFi Korea model, please contact us immediately.
Here’s what you can do to fix it:
1. Peel half of the sticker.
2. Open the cover and press the button with a pin for three seconds.
