Expiry

The expiry date is calculated including the Korea SIM card activation date.

For example, if the activation date is January 1 at anytime,

the expiry date is January 29 at 11:59 PM.

It is an additional service provided by a Korean public certification authority that verifies identity using a mobile phone number, free of charge.

Press ” #00 ” at the dialer APP in your phone,

Expiry date, the balance, data usages are informed via SMS messages.

Recharge

Recharge within 3 days before the validity period ends.

If you do not recharge within 3 days after the validity period ends, the SIM service will be automatically terminated.

Refunds

Before Shipping : No cancellation fee

After shipping: A handling fee of 10% will be charged.

The refund process for your Korea SIM card starts immediately based on SIM status.

30 days after purchase: Non-refundable.

Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.

If credit or debit card was used,

the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
