Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Korea SIM or Pocket WiFi Pickup
– If your scheduled pickup date has passed, you may choose to either reschedule the pickup or request a full refund.
– Applicable products:
– Korea SIM cards:  SKT SIM,  KT SIM,  SIM 585P,  SIM 396P
– Korea Pocket WiFi: KT Router (DAY / 30-DAY Plan)

2. Korea SIM Shipping
– Before shipping: A full refund will be issued.
– After shipping: A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
– After SIM activation or opening: Refunds are not available.
– More than 30 days after purchase: Refunds are not available.
– Applicable products: SIM 100S, SIM 396S

Refund Process

1. Starting the Refund:
– The refund process for your Korea SIM or pocket WiFi begins immediately after we confirm the status of your pickup or shipping.

2. Refund Method :
– The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
– For Credit or Debit Card Payments:
– The refund will be processed back to your card within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
– For precise timing on when the funds will appear in your account,
– please contact your card-issuing bank directly.
