Mobile Identity Verification Service with Korea SIM Card or eSIM Korea

The Mobile Identity Verification Service is a communication service separate from data, call, and text usage.
It is an additional free service provided by a Korean public certification authority that allows identity verification using a mobile phone number.

In general, your real name, date of birth, and Korean mobile phone number are required for verification when signing up for Korean websites or purchasing products from Korean online stores.

Eligibility:
– Available only to holders of a Korean national ID card (passport, resident registration card, driver’s license) or a foreigner’s Alien Registration Card (ARC).
– Foreign passport holders are not eligible for this service

How to use
– Click the Mobile Self-Authentication Service button on the website.
– Select your mobile service provider and agree to the terms and conditions.
– Enter your name, date of birth, and mobile phone number.
– You will receive a text message with a 6-digit code.
– Enter the 6-digit code to complete the authentication process.
