Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that refunds are not possible in the following situations:

– If the QR code has already been issued or scanned.
– If your phone is carrier-locked.
– If your phone does not support Korea eSIM.
– If your phone does not support LTE, causing the SKT Korea eSIM to only work on 3G.
– If you hold an ARC, Residence Card, or F-4 Visa (as voice services are unavailable).

Refund Process

* Starting the Refund:
– The refund process begins immediately after we confirm the status of your QR code.

* Refund Method :
– The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
– For Credit or Debit Card Payments:
– The refund will be processed back to your card within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
– For precise timing on when the funds will appear in your account,
– please contact your card-issuing bank directly.
