How to Check Your Data Usage

* To check your remaining data balance, send the following SMS:

How is the eSIM Validity Period Calculated?

* Vietnam eSIM validity is calculated by calendar days, not by 24-hour periods.

* Example:
– eSIM activated at 22:00 (10:00 PM)
– One day of validity will be deducted at 00:00 (midnight)
* For this reason, we recommend activating your Vietnam eSIM shortly before you begin using it.

* Important:
– The validity period resets at midnight (00:00 Vietnam time), regardless of the activation time.
– This is a carrier policy in Vietnam.
