Paid Call Numbers

Paid numbers are excluded from unlimited local calls on the Korea SIM Card.

Expiry

–

The expiry date is calculated including the Korea SIM card activation date.

–

For example, if the activation date is January 1 at anytime,

–

the expiry date is January 29 at 11:59 PM.

Recharge

–

Recharge your Korea SIM within 3 days before the validity period ends.

–

If you do not recharge within 3 days after the validity period ends, this Korea SIM service will be automatically terminated.

–

Your Korea SIM will be terminated upon leaving Korea.

–

The staff will guide you on recharging when you pick up the Korea SIM.

Refunds

–

If the pickup date has passed,

The refund process for the Korea SIM card starts immediately based on pickup status.

–

Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.

If credit or debit card was used,

–

the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.

–

To verify when the amount will be credited to your account, contact the issuing bank of the card.
