* SIM Activation

• Koreans and Foreigners can activate a SIM.
• Visit the pickup location.
• After verifying your identity, they activate the SIM.
• SIM activation is during business hours.
• Biz hours : Mon ~ Fri, 09:00 ~ 17:00.
• Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, year-round.
• Lunch Breaktime: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Weekends & Holidays: Closed.
• SIM Activation Lead Time: 20 minutes.
• They'll notify you by email and SMS once the SIM is activated.

* Pickup

• Please bring your ID and voucher.
• For Koreans: Resident Registration Card (Passport not accepted)
• Foreigners: Passport or ARC or Residence Card
• Pickup location
• Address : Exit 1 in NamdaeMoon Market, Hoehyeon Station Line No 4, Link Korea

* Expiry

• The expiry date is calculated including the SIM activation date.
• For example, if the activation date is January 1 at anytime,
• the expiry date is January 29 at 11:59 PM.
• Tap here for checking credit balance.

* Recharge

• Recharge before your expiry date, please.
• If you don't recharge before expiry, your SIM will be terminated.
• Your SIM will be terminated upon leaving Korea.
• The staff at pickup point will guide you on recharging when you pick up the SIM.

* Refund

• If the pickup date has passed,
• you have the option to reschedule the pickup date or receive a full refund.
• The refund process for the SIM card starts immediately based on SIM status.
• Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.
• If credit or debit card was used,
• the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
• To verify when the amount will be credited to your account, contact the issuing bank of the card.
