We inform you that our refund policy for pickup products such as KT Data Prepaid SIM, ANNEX Korea SIM for Pickup, KT WiFi Router, Rechargeable Korea SIM is updated as below
Before : Refund is subjected to following our policy.
* 3 days prior to the starting date : No cancellation fee(Fully Refunded)
* Between 3 days to starting date : 10% handling fee (of the total ordered amount)
* After starting date(Pickup Date) : Non-Refundable
After : Refund is subjected to following our policy.
* Before the pickup date: fully refunded.
* After starting date (pickup date) : pickup date is amendable or
90% amount of the total paid price will be refunded.(10% handling fee)
