* Checkpoints

• Ensure your phone is unlocked.
• Order for SIM pickup at least 24 hours in advance.
• It is possible to order multiple quantities at once.
• This SIM is allowed one line (number) per person.
• Pick-up by another person is not allowed.
• Each users must bring their passport to collect multiple SIM cards.
• Check the SIM immediately upon pick-up.
• If it doesn't work, contact the counter staff immediately.

* Refund

• The refund process starts immediately based on SIM Pickup status.
• If the pickup date has passed,

• the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
• To verify when the amount will be credited to your account,
• contact the issuing bank of the card.
