- If your usage date is between 30 and 90 days from the purchase date, we’ll extend your validity period!
- Once the QR code is scanned, it cannot be used on another device.
- Check the refund policy for eSIM before purchase.
- An eSIM can only be installed once.
- Do not delete your eSIM profile after installation.
- A new QR code will not be provided if the original eSIM profile is deleted.
- If you are already using another Korean eSIM, you cannot use this eSIM at the same time.

- If SKT Korea eSIM operates only on 3G due to lack of LTE support.
- Calls Service restrictions apply for stays exceeding 90 days.
* Fully Refundable Case :
- Before receiving or scanning the QR code.
* Refund Process :
- Korea eSIM refunds are processed immediately based on QR code status.
- Refund method varies by original payment method.
* For Credit/Debit Card Payments :
- Refunds are processed to the issuing bank within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
