• The refund process starts immediately based on SIM Pickup status.
• If the pickup date has passed,
• you have the option to reschedule the pickup date or receive a full refund.
• Refund is possible fully. : If you have not collected eSIM yet.
• Refunds are not possible as follows :
• Once the QR code has been received or scanned, after collecting.
• If your phone is locked and unable to use eSIM on the network.
• If your phone only operates on a 3G signal due to lack of LTE support.
• Refund method varies depending on the original payment method.
• If credit or debit card was used,
• the issuing bank will receive the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation request.
• To verify when the amount will be credited to your account,
• contact the issuing bank of the card.
